What are the Risks of Quitting Smoking?

If you're smoking Nicotine, Marijuana or Vaping, there's a lot in common each way. 


If you want to Quit Smoking Melbourne, either way, you're letting go of a coping mechanism or crutch. 


Marijuana is a little different from Nicotine, as it asks somewhat as a tranquilizer, however, there's little to no risk in quitting. 


After 14 years of Clinical Hypnotherapy, (and 14 years smoke free) I can tell you that I didn't have to worry about stress, losing my mind or getting angry after quitting. 

In fact, I just quit and that was that. 


However, if people are using marijuana to help them sleep, they they will need to use a different method to get to sleep. (Often hypnotherapy helps with sleep.)
