How to Quit Smoking in 60 Minutes.  Quit Smoking Melbourne

After seeing over 4,000 clients for various addictions, including smoking, I've gotten into a rhythm of how to get people to quit smoking quickly.

Before people quit, this is what they ask, with Quit Smoking Melbourne
- Do I need Patches?
- Can I smoke on Weekends?
- Can I be around other smokers?
- Can I quit later?

Etc....

The truth is that all you need to do is to break the habit and get your emotional needs met.

You can break a habit by simply not having cigarettes around.
Getting your emotional needs met is more complicated.

People often smoke to get 4 emotional needs met.
Here's a link to our free ebook about the 4 emotional needs. http://lawrencehypnotherapy.com/ebook/4Triggers.html

The first need is Achievement
- How are you having your morning meeting with yourself to organise your day?

The second need is Breathing Space
- How are you setting boundaries to improve your mental and physical energy?

The third need is Connection
- What activities or Topics are you involved in to fulfill your connectivity?

The fourth need is Discovery
- What rewords or novelty are you giving yourself at the end of the work day or work week?

Quit Smoking - How I Managed to Quit Smoking Without Patches or Pills

Quit Smoking Melbourne

When I was in high school, it seemed like everybody was smoking by the age of 16. We had all heard of the dangers of smoking, but that all seemed so far into the future that it didn't seem worth worrying about. Being adventurous and not wanting to miss out on life, I asked a friend if I could have one of their smokes. I didn't realize at the time, but that smoke was going to be the first one in a long ten year run of smoking.

Eventually after trying for years to get back off the smoking, I made an agreement with my friends that we would all quit together. This didn't work so I gave up and just kept smoking for years.

Finally I got help and I quit.
I learned about hypnosis and the six triggers of smoking.
I learned that Nicotine Addiction, Habit, Stress, Pleasure etc... were all separate triggers that needed to be dealt with separately.

Smoking is still a leading cause of preventable death in Australia.
